In the highly regulated world of accounting and wealth administration, clear and precise communication is essential. I worked for 2 years, full time, within the space as a legal compliance consultant.

I wrote technical articles to provide accounting and legal professionals with accessible, actionable guidance for a software platform that generated legal documents for superannuation and related structures. My role also required me to break down complex legislative updates and strategies — particularly those affecting SMSFs and company set-ups — into practical, easy to understand content that supports financial advisers, accountants and informed investors in using the platform effectively.

Beyond technical articles, I also reviewed and refined UX copy, ensuring that system warnings, notices and in-platform messaging were both compliant and user-friendly.
